With a project of this magnitude, designed under the rigors of a Public-Private Partnership, three international consortia entered the race to win one of the most high-profile sports and urban regeneration contracts in Southeast Asia. The Alpine consortium, guided by Tim Hupe Architects as the Leading Design Architect, alongside local experts RSP Architects Singapore, brought forward a concept that aimed to redefine the urban fabric.

We are immensely proud for our contribution to the future home of FC Dinamo București, one of Romania’s iconic football clubs, on their major stadium project. Delivering the marketing visualization package marks a milestone in our journey as an arch-viz studio, that also represents an emotional highlight: contributing to a space that champions will call their own.
Founded on 14 May 1948, Dinamo is one of Romania’s most decorated and beloved clubs, with only one season spent outside the top flight. The club boasts an impressive 18 Liga I titles, 13 Romanian Cups, 2 Super Cups, a League Cup, and a historic semi-final run in the European Cup in 1983 – 84 – the first by any Romanian team.
Beyond trophies, Dinamo is woven into the national ethos. The club’s home ground – Stadionul Dinamo, affectionately “Groapa” (“the Pit”) – has hosted legendary matches, and bitter rivalries. As the New Dinamo Stadium moves forward – a modern, multifunctional arena set to raise the bar for Romanian sports venues – it represents not just architecture, but the cultural heartbeat of a club loved by fans nationwide.
